1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Buffalo WebProducts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Buffalo WebProducts provides web design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements between the Company and each client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom designs, code, and content created specifically for their project. Buffalo WebProducts retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. The client warrants that all content provided is owned by them or properly licensed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Buffalo WebProducts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Revisions and Support
Each project includes revisions as specified in the project agreement. The standard 30-Day Website Build includes unlimited revisions within the 30-day project period. Post-launch support is provided for 30 days following delivery.
