I started Buffalo WebProducts because I watched the agency model fail everyone except the agency. Clients pay $30K for a website built by a junior dev they never meet, managed by an account manager who’s never shipped a line of code. The agency bills hourly, so there’s zero incentive to be efficient. Scope creeps. Timelines stretch. The client gets a pretty site that doesn’t actually do anything for their business.
I wanted to build the opposite of that.
Capped at Four
BWP intentionally limits to four active projects at any time. This isn’t a marketing gimmick — it’s an operational constraint that forces founder-level attention on every detail.
